Welcome to Culford Gardens Bed and Breakfast located in Epsom, Central Auckland.  We are only 20 minutes from Auckland airport, yet convenient for Auckland CBD.

We have a large self-contained suite that is wheelchair accessible. There is ample parking for a mobility vehicle, and easy access from the parking area to the accommodation.

There is a beautiful peaceful garden, along with decks and a barbeque area.  The garden and decks are fully wheelchair accessible, even for the mobility impaired.

The B&B accommodation provides a queen-size bed, a sofa and another dressing area with a king single bed.  There are tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator.

We can serve your breakfast on the deck in the warmer months, in the midst of our garden surrounded by our fruit trees, vegetable garden and lots of flowers to brighten your day.
